Application Process

At CFFB, one of our goals is to surround and support business families with advisory services, and through your active participation at our monthly events, you can feel confident knowing that you are receiving the greatest level of value from your annual CFFB Premium Corporate Sponsorship.

When you are ready to become a Premium Corporate Sponsor, we kindly ask that you fill out our sponsorship commitment form below. If you wish to use an alternate application method, click here for a PDF application that can be sent to info@cffb.ca or mailed to our address for processing.

Payment can be made by cheque, eTransfer or credit card via PayPal (no PayPal account required).

As soon as payment has been received, your membership will begin on that day and last for one year, at which point it will automatically renewed. Once your membership has been activated, you will gain access to our Members Portal, where you can navigate through all your member benefits and upcoming events.
