Today, CFFB is comprised of over 55 family businesses representing a broad spectrum of industries and ranging in size from just a few to several hundred employees.   Shane Guse is a multiple winner of fiddler of the year at the Canadian Country Music awards, and has recorded with artists ranging from Colin James to Richard Marx.
