February 26th Business Summary
At our February, 2016 luncheon at Bingemans, Sarah Mason from BMO and Sabrina Fitzgerald from PWC shared with us why they have such great passion for the Centre for Family Business.
Both Sarah and Sabrina grew up working in businesses that their families started. Sabrina worked in her mother’s franchise companies starting in her high school years. Sarah also began working in her father’s software and hardware business at an early age. Both these experiences provided a solid base as the progressed to their present positions assisting many of their family business clients.
During their early work in their family businesses, Sarah and Sabrina were involved in issues relating to staffing, goal setting, team work, conflict resolution and many more family-related situations.
What a great way to create an understanding of what family businesses have to work through. Without a doubt, these experiences allow them to serve their clients with deeper insights into the dynamics of family businesses.
Thank you so much!
