We enjoyed watching and listening to Heather Phillips share her family business story – the Armstrong & Quaile story – at our CFFB breakfast last month.
In particular, we were impressed to see and hear about Armstrong & Quaile’s family values.
Heather explained, her family business is built on the following 5 Family Values:
- Principle of Fairness
- Understanding
- Compassion
- Balance
- Creativity [Innovation]
When Heather talked about her family’s values at our CFFB breakfast it was clear Heather and her family know these family values are an essential foundation for business success.
Family Values must be understood and shared with people both inside and outside the walls of the family business.
Heather provided a great example of how to go about doing just that!
